SMART, Inc. is a non-profit educational program that provides motorcycle rider education in Topeka, Kansas using curriculum developed by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) and taught by MSF approved Rider Coaches. The program provides training for beginning and experienced riders. Whether you're new to the riding scene, or you've been riding for years, we have a Rider Course for you.
